They were very easy to deal with and straightforward. We had attempted to deal with other dealers to buy our car but they had hidden fees and BS. There was non of that at ROMCAR. We live in San Diego with a texted price OTD, drove up and inspected the car and then closed the deal. It was just that easy!

I had been shopping around for a Fiat 500 Abarth for several months and selected a handful that I wanted to test drive. Art called me soon after I expressed interest in the vehicle. I told him that I wanted to take the car to a mechanic nearby for an inspection during the test drive which he said was totally fine. When I saw it, I loved the car! The inspection showed that some issues with the car needed to be addressed. When I returned from the test drive I informed Art and he said they would take care of the repairs, no problem. He didn't pressure me, instead he said he would give me a call when the repairs were completed. About a week later I returned and drove the car again and decided to make a deal.

They were a great dealership, I bought my first car and with the help of my dad and the dealer that helped us named Art. I bought a 2017 Mazda that was in great condition, looked brand new and was well taken care of. the interior was cream/white and absolutely no stains or anything. the only flaw was the car stereo screen was sun damaged but they offered to replace it for free which they did soon after receiving it in the mail. As it was my first car I had gotten a 10k loan and they were kind enough to help adjust some fees in order to stay within that budget for the final price which was really appreciated. They have a comfy waiting room and free water and coffee while you wait, it was a great first experience and went smoothly. I definitely recommend coming here to find a car, they had a ton of really nice ones for fair prices. Art was a great help and definitely recommend coming to him.
